244 Yawalpah Road, 24 Lot Subdivision, 32 Townhouses and 120 Place Childcare, Pimpama

The project was a subdivision of 26 lots, 24 residential lots and 2 higher density lots with approved uses. The project was done in two stages, being earthworks first, followed by the balance civil and landscape works. The works consisted of 60,000 cu’s of imported fill, the civils consisted of new roads, sewer, stormwater, and water; the landscaping consisted of streetscapes, and rehabilitation of 1.5 hectares of the site drainage corridors.
