Where We Started

Town and Country started following the need for directly controlling the costs associated with land subdivision in early 2017.

The directors saw the opportunity to increase profitibility of their own projects whilst still maintaining healthy margins as a contractor in the development. It was then seen as an opportunity for T & C to contract their new business model to other like minded land owners and developers.

With a strong project management background Tyrone offers the skills and experience that the group needs to maintain the high standards of compliance required by the development industry.

Craig, having worked for Australia’s biggest manufacturers of paving and building materials for the past 35 years, offers the knowledge of the supply chain to get things done in a practical way. He has an eye for detail and can measure materials and supply rates simply by looking.

John is an owner of the business and works 100% hands-on daily managing resources and is an expert retaining wall builder, you will often find John quietly going about his business on an excavator.

Our biggest assets are our two-lead foreman, Ash Robinson - Civil and Greg Dunn - Landscape, both with considerable years of experience in the industry.

There nothing Greg doesn’t know about building a landscape and his knowledge of plants is incredible – just ask him; while Ash can build you a subdivision, the man never sleeps he always working?

T&C Contracting has a great fit and works seamlessly well together as a group of motivated people.

“Use the best possible materials, and reveal the quality of those materials and the craftsmanship of their assembly.” – Karl Friedrich Schinkel
